Exchanges are available only for defects or sizing issues, and customers must contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. Exchange requests are reviewed individually and are subject to our sole discretion.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All Quick Entry Packs are delivered instantly and are non-refundable .
Purchases that include bonus sweepstakes entries are final and cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded once submitted.
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address at checkout. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@legacyquestgaming.com within 10 days of delivery. While we do not accept returns, if the error is on our part, we will work with you to make it right.
