These Official Rules (“Rules”) form a legal contract between Entrant and Sponsor.
For purposes of these Official Rules (“Rules”):
“Sponsor” means Legacy Quest LLC, 2296 Henderson Mill Rd NE, STE 116, Atlanta, GA 30345.
“Entrant” means a natural person who submits an entry in accordance with these Rules.
“Sweepstakes Entry” means one (1) recorded chance to win the Prize, as reflected in Sponsor’s secure internal ledger.
“Multiplier” means any promotional factor that increases the number of Sweepstakes Entries awarded but does not alter the probability of any individual Sweepstakes Entry.
“Sweepstakes Period” means the time period stated in Section 3.
“Prize” means the full gaming setup described in Section 6.
“Mail-In Entry (AMOE)” means an entry submitted via postal mail under Section 4(c).
“Digital Quick Sweepstakes Entry” means paid digital entry packages described in Section 8.
The Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Legacy Quest LLC. Sponsor is responsible for designing, administering, and executing this promotion. No outside party is authorized to modify, interpret, or enforce these, Rules. All decisions made by Sponsor are final and binding.
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who: (a) Are legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia (residents of Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, and New York are NOT eligible); (b) Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry (19 in Alabama or Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi); and (c) Have a valid U.S. residential street address (no P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPOs).
Residents of Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, New York, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and any jurisdiction requiring bonding or registration are NOT eligible. Employees, officers, contractors, agents, suppliers, ambassadors, consultants, and immediate household members of Legacy Quest LLC are Restricted Individuals and are not eligible.
Each Entrant may use one legal name, one address, one email, and one phone number. Use of multiple identities, bots, or automated systems voids all entries. Use of multiple identities or coordinated efforts to submit entries on behalf of others for the purpose of inflating a single person’s odds (e.g., mailing large quantities of nearly identical entries from multiple names or addresses) may result in disqualification.
The Sweepstakes begins December 15th, 2025 at 16:00 pm PM EST and ends March 15th, 2026 at 15:59 PM EST. Entries received outside this window are void. Sponsor’s server clock is the official timekeeping device.
Earn Sweepstakes Entries via Product Purchase. Eligible purchases made at legacyquestgaming.com during the Sweepstakes Period earn Sweepstakes Entries according to the structure in Section 8, or any active promotional multipliers at the time of purchase. If a purchase is refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged back, associated Sweepstakes Entries may be removed. Purchases do not increase the odds assigned to any individual Sweepstakes Entry.
Entrants may receive a one-time bonus of 100 Sweepstakes Entries by (a) Creating a free user account on the official Legacy Quest website prior to, or during, the Sweepstakes Period; and (b) Holding an active VIP status (free signup) at the time the Sweepstakes officially begins; and (c) Complying fully with these Official Rules. This one-time bonus is automatically issued once the Legacy Quest Gaming Sweepstakes #1 opens. Duplicate accounts, fraudulent accounts, or automated signups may result in disqualification. This bonus does not replace the Alternate Method of Entry and does not count as a Mail-In Entry.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. All purchases are subject to our Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy (see Section 11). Mail-In Entry (AMOE). Entrants may submit Mail-In Entries. Bulk mailing is prohibited; each entry must be mailed separately. Each valid Mail-In Entry equals 10 Sweepstakes Entries. To enter by mail, Entrant must submit a handwritten 3” x 5” card containing, in legible handwriting, the following information: Full legal name; Residential street address; Phone number; Email address; Signature confirming agreement to these Official Rules; and the phrase: “Legacy Quest Sweepstakes #1 Entry.” Place the card inside a #10 envelope and handwrite the mailing and return address. Mail to: Legacy Quest LLC – Giveaway AMOE, P.O. Box 1168, Lithonia, GA 30058-4412. For the entry to be deemed valid, it (a) Must be handwritten entirely in blue or black ink; (b) Be written on one 3×5 card inserted into a #10 envelope; (c) Not contain printing, pre-filling, copying, stamping, or typed text; (d) Must include a valid USPS stamp and postmark (no postage meters); (e) Must be delivered within 10 days of postmark; and (f) Must not be bundled, batched, or mailed in stacks. Incomplete or non-compliant entries are void. Sponsor may, but is not obligated to, accept late-arriving entries if postmarked on time.
Sponsor may run promotional windows where multipliers apply to purchases at www.LegacyQuestGaming.com, Digital Quick Sweepstakes Entries, or limited-time promotional events. Multipliers increase the number of Sweepstakes Entries awarded, not the odds of any Sweepstakes Entry. Mail-in entries do not qualify for promotional multipliers.
Each purchase at LegacyQuestGaming.com during the Sweepstakes Period earns Sweepstakes Entries based on the following system:
Base Sweepstakes Entries. Every $1 spent = 10 Sweepstakes Entries.
Digital Quick Sweepstakes Entry. Digital Quick Sweepstakes Entries provide enhanced multipliers. Multiple discount codes may not be combined in a single transaction. Refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged back disputed purchases may result in Sweepstakes Entry removal.

Limited-Time Multiplier Events. Sponsor may activate promotional periods where multipliers are increased across certain products or entire categories. Any such events will be publicly announced on the website or social media and applied transparently at checkout.
Each Sweepstakes Entry has an equal chance of being selected. Odds depend solely on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. Purchasing products does not increase the odds of an individual Sweepstakes Entry.
One (1) Winner will be selected in a random computerized drawing conducted within five (5) business days after the Sweepstakes ends. All decisions by Legacy Quest LLC are final.
The Winner will be notified via email and telephone. Winner must respond within 3 days (72 hours) of initial contact. Within 7 days of notification, Winner must (a) Complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility; (b) Sign Liability & Publicity Release; (c) Submit a completed IRS W-9 form; (d) Provide a valid government-issued ID; and (e) Participate in a required live video verification call. Winner shall not be required to sign a Publicity Release where prohibited by law. Failure to complete verification steps in the required timeframe may result in disqualification.
Sponsor may require proof that the individual claiming the Prize is the same person who entered. Abusive, fraudulent, or hostile behavior may result in disqualification. Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to Winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
The receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED
Winner acknowledges that Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or equivalent) for the total Approximate Retail Value of the Prize (currently estimated at $8,000) and agrees to provide all information necessary for tax reporting. Any federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize, including the $2,000 cash allowance, and any costs of preparing required tax filings, are the Winner’s sole responsibility.
The Prize includes a cash component of $2,000 intended to help offset Winner’s tax obligations; however, this cash component may not fully cover Winner’s total tax liability.
By accepting the Prize, unless prohibited by law, Winner grants Legacy Quest LLC the right to use their Name, Initials, Likeness, Voice, Testimonial, Photos & video footage, Recorded reaction, and City and State for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation. Reasonable accommodations are available for Entrants unable to complete video verification due to disability or good-cause circumstances.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, ByteDance, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter, Google, Shopify, WooCommerce, Brevo, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or any other platform. Entrants release these platforms from all responsibility related to the Sweepstakes.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor (Legacy Quest LLC), its owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, contractors, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, arising from or related to: (a) participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) the acceptance, possession, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (c) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning or failure of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, device, browser, server, or system; (d) the unavailability, inaccessibility, or interruption of any transmissions, telephone service, postal service, or Internet service; (e) lost, late, delayed, damaged, illegible, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected entries; (f) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes, including tampering, hacking, or other fraudulent activity by entrants or third parties; (g) errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in advertising, promotion, administration, or the processing of entries; or (h) any breach of these Official Rules by an entrant.
Sponsor is not responsible for Internet or network failures; device or browser issues; server outages; postal delays, errors, or losses; or fraudulent activity by entrants or third parties. If for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, tampering, fraud, or any cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor (Legacy Quest LLC) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, to select the Winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the action or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia , without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all disputes arising out of or relating to (a) These Official Rules; (b) The Sweepstakes; (c) Prize allocation; (d) Verification or eligibility; or (e) Any communications with Legacy Quest LLC, shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, conducted in the State of Georgia .
Entrants may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of their first entry by mailing a personally signed opt-out notice to Sponsor at the address below. A timely opt-out does not void participation in the Sweepstakes.
Entrants explicitly waive the right to (a) Participate in a class action; (b) Participate in class-wide arbitration; and (c) Bring representative claims. Only individual claims are permitted.
Personal data collected from Entrants will be used only for the purposes of (a) Administering the Sweepstakes; (b) Contacting potential winners; (c) Verifying eligibility; (d) Delivering the Prize; (e) Tax reporting; and (f) Internal recordkeeping. Entrants who opt-in to marketing communications may receive promotional emails, SMS messages, or updates from Legacy Quest LLC. Marketing consent is optional and may be revoked at any time. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or changes caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to (a) Natural disasters; (b) Acts of God; (c) Fire, flood, severe weather; (d) War, riots, civil unrest; (e) Labor strikes; (f) Supply chain failures; (g) Power outages; (h) Telecommunications failures; or (i) Pandemic-related restrictions. In such events, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fairness or feasibility is compromised.
If any provision of these Official Rules is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remainder of the Rules will remain in full force and effect.
To request the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within 60 days after the Sweepstakes ends to Legacy Quest LLC – Winner List Request, 2296 Henderson Mill Rd NE, STE 116, Atlanta, GA 30345. Requests from Vermont need not include return postage. Requests received after the deadline will not be processed.
Sponsor reserves the right to update, modify, or clarify these Official Rules at any time, so long as changes (a) Do not materially disadvantage existing Entrants; (b) Remain compliant with sweepstakes law; and (c) Are published promptly on the Sweepstakes website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated rules.
