How is the winner selected? When is the winner selected?
Once the giveaway ends, all entries are collected, and a random drawing is held. The winner is selected within 5-10 days after the giveaway closes by a third party giveaway .

My order still hasn’t shipped after 5 days, is there a problem?

Can I get a refund on my order?
